High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cheesecake bites (48F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler at custard making station. Operator stated someone accidentally turned the thermostat up. Operator removed cheesecake bites and placed in reach in freezer nearby to chill. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed underside of shake mixer soiled. Also, multiple soda nozzles on self dispensing soda machine in dining area soiled. Also, lip below lid of small ice machine at soda dispenser at drive through window soiled.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floor on side of fryers has an accumulation of grease on floor.
