Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dish machine with 0 ppm. Manager adjusted chlorine jug to allow hose to reach chlorine. Retested DM and reached 100ppm Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed three flying insects in middle of kitchen located near back screen door. Observed one flying insect in bar area near drink dispensing gun.
