Unit doors in disrepair and not closing properly and fell off. Employee put ice on food and having maintenance to fix pasta (49-51F - Cold Holding), stored on cook line reach in cooler drawer cabinet, place there from main walk in cooler 30 mins ago. Employee has ice bags on several products spinach dip, cut tomatoes, shredded cheese, homemade ranch, cut lettuce (48-51F - Cold Holding), all items stored at wait station reach in cooler and place there from main walk in cooler approximately 30 mins ago.
