High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. milk, pasteurized eggs (46F-53F - Cold Holding) in glass door reach-in cooler. Employee had items left on prep table longer than she realized after using them. Discussed with operator. Operator will educate employee. Corrective Action Taken
