Observed establishment selling Lane Snapper (Lutjanus synagris) and Yellowtail Snapper (Ocyurus chrysurus) with menu stating Red Snapper. Person in charge indicated both snappers used are for when Red Snapper is ordered. Person in charge was unaware of specifics of finfish substitutes and removed "Red" from menu.
