Washed and cut onions stored in original raw chicken box on cook line. Cooked egg rolls stored in soiled cardboard box in standing reach in cooler on cook line. Washed and cut onions stored in cardboard box in walk-in cooler. Person in charge began removing food items from raw chicken boxes.
