High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink.

Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed tomatoes stored above ready to eat ranch dressing. Operator removed tomatoes to properly store. Corrected On-Site
