Cooler has an ambient cooler temperature of 68F. Manager stated cut tomatoes were placed in cooler yesterday afternoon and cut lettuce was placed in the cooler from main cooler approximately 2 hours ago. Manager discarded cut tomatoes, and placed cut lettuce on ice. cooked chicken (47F); tuna salad (46F); sliced deli meats (43-46F); sliced cheddar cheese (48F); sliced Swiss cheese (49F); sliced pepper jack (47-49F); cooked steak (45F)stored in main sandwich reach in cooler. Cooler has an ambient temperature of 44F in the middle and 56F on the ends of the cooler. Manager stated food was placed in cooler from main cooler last night. Manager moved food to reach in freezer.
