Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishmachine sanitizer reading 0 ppm. Upon closer observation, sanitizer supply was empty. Operator replaced sanitizer during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Observed approximately 20 droppings on the floor throughout establishment in the following locations: 3 under standing reach-in cooler, 2 under make line reach-in cooler, approximately 4 behind fryers, 2 under fry station, 1 under prep table, 1 behind reach-in cooler in front of fryers, and 7 under shelves and dish machine in ware washing area.
