Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed air conditioning vents soiled with accumulation of dust in kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Upon inspection observed tiles in disrepair in back of kitchen and in front of dining area. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed ceiling tiles soiled and stained in the back of the kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Upon inspection observed garbage around dumpster pad. Repeat Violation
