High Priority - Employee handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. Observed dishwasher called to run food to guest in lobby while dishwasher was actively washing dishes and no hand washing occurred before touching plates to bring food to guests. Immediately discussed with employee and person in charge.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pastrami (45F - Cold Holding); ham (50F - Cold Holding) packed tightly in plastic covered containers. Person in charge moved container and placed in ice. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed milk opened Tuesday per person in charge missing date mark. Person in charge added date mark. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed both men's and women's restroom doors not self closing tightly onto door frame.
