Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed oven conveyor soiled with food debris.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on drawers on pizza make line soiled with food debris.

Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. Paul Riley, Matthew Clark, Davin Inman do not have training.
