Observed what looks a sewage backup that was covered with a white powder,employee stated she thought it was lime, outside back door of establishment. Employee stated city worked on sewer system and left the residue. Inspector called the city and the city employee states that they were called to the site in January to shut off the water but were unaware of sewage backup. Inspector requested city to follow up with Local Health department and make them aware of the situation. Inspector notified establishment that the area must be cleaned and sanitized,and a next day callback will be issued to check the progress. the residue is dried and not currently leaking.
