High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Bone In Chicken Wings (46F - Cold Holding) in pizza make line reach-in cooler. Operator moved wings to a different section of cooler and wings were at 43F at recheck at 2:45 PM. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade soiled with an accumulation of food debris and the soda dispensing nozzles at the serve soda dispensing machine in lobby and base of machine soiled with a mold-like substance. Repeat Violation

Basic - Interior of pizza oven has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris near grease drip trays area and hood area on both sides.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soda dispensing nozzle and ice chute soiled with an accumulation of a mold-like substance in the self dispensing soda machine in seating area. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator. Repeat Violation
