High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Fresh Garlic in Oil Mixture (65F - Cold Holding) next to cook line. Operator moved to reach-in cooler. Discussed in depth with operator. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink to the left of the three compartment sink blocked with bags, a lid in the sink, a table and equipment in front. Operator moved and made accessible. Corrected On-Site
