Employees have to walk through doorway, contaminating their hands to get to ice machine. No convenient handwashing station by front counter where dessert cooler is and drink dispensers are. Failure to provide accurate plans could result in delay at the time of the licensing inspection Front counter has a dessert cooler where desserts are served, closest hand sink is through doorway to main kitchen approximately 20 feet away or server station, which you would have to walk around counter. Also, there are two self-serve buffet stations to the left of front counter Front counter has drink dispensers/beer cooler behind POS system. Operator added coffee station, toaster station, oven, prep table in min kitchen Observed 2 reach in coolers out of secured area. Manager is to move them inside of storage shed. Ice machine not secured with a lock and no easily accessible hand sink close by. Operator has flaps installed on door leading from unsecured area into kitchen so cross contamination would occur. Operator has reaching cooler and dry storage area not identified on plans. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-05-01: Operator moved all items as recommended and has redrawn plans that accurately reflect equipment layout. Operator will install a hand sink on the opposite side of the wall with the 3 compartment sink (#42 on the new plans). Operator will submit updated plans to plan review for approval. Time Extended
