Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Manager stated equipment was switched due to issues with the wall structure. Additional cooler added on cook line where hand sink was removed. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-14: No revised plans submitted as of 10-14-2025 per Plan review department. Discussed with manager, contractor was out and is still in process of submitting revised plan layout including removal of hand sink by fryer station. Admin Complaint

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop stored in dirty water at mop sink
