Observed ice bin with scoop Espresso machine, 2 espresso grinders, tea kettles and a microwave. No hand sink installed at bar. Added self serve ramen station in customer area that is not hard plummbed. Hot water heating stations are connected to 2- 5 gallon jugs of purified water that are bought and replaced with a new jug of purchased water. Machines then self heats water and dispense into customers bowl. Self serve ramen area has exposed rafters and is not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed 1 Locked food storage cooler with drinks and food in customer area and area has exposed rafters and is not smooth and easily cleanable.
