High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed operator pick up lid then handle clean utensils without washing hands during inspection. Spoke with operator and they washed their hands. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Towel dispensers not dispensing as needed in kitchen. Operator states they need new batteries. Operator placed roll of towels next to sink. Corrected On-Site
