Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher tested 0ppm of chlorine. Manager added new bucket of chlorine dishwasher tested at 100ppm of chlorine. 3 compartment sink set up tested 200ppm of quaternary ammonia.
