Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a plastic container and a pair of tongs stored in the hand sink. Manager removed the items from the sink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Observed the light fixture in the kitchen with out a shield covering the fluorescent lights. Repeat Violation
