High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dishwasher at 0ppm chlorine. Immediately had operator set up the triple sink for washing dishes. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw pork and beef stored over buckets of marinades in the walk-in cooler. Operator moved the pork and beef to the bottom shelf. Corrected On-Site
