High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed one employee touch a soil cloth placed over a speaker system, and then handled ready to eat beef empanadas without removing dirty gloves or washing hands. Discussed with employee to always wash hands after a change of task or touching soil surfaces employee use tongs to remove beef empanadas, then washed hands and change gloves. Corrective Action Taken

Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing.
