High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed a employee walked into front counter from outside, and making coffee with no handwash. Discussed with PIC about proper hand washing procedures.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed 2 containers of commercially cooked poached egg 46 °F cold holding in walk-in cooler. Observed a pan of commercially cooked poached egg 63 °F stored on prep table at kitchen. Person in Charge moved poached eggs to walk-in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
