Operator stated front line reach in cooler was broken as of Monday, 5/4/2026 and continued to place Time/temperature control for safety food inside reach in cooler for a maximum of 4 hours. Operator does not have a Time as a public health control form or a means to mark time for Time/temperature control for safety foods during time of inspection.
