High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishmachine reading 10ppm, operator set up Quat sink at 300°f. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. Approximately 5 cracked egg shells placed back onto flat, operator removed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Frontline handsink had coffee grounds and an employee poured coffee in the handsink.
