Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in the walk in freezer. Repeat Violation

High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed opened ground beef not in original packaging stored above open pork not in original packaging in the walk in cooler. Operator rearranged raw product by proper cooking temperature. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed open employee beverage in the walk in cooler above raw bacon. Operator removed beverage. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Observed 1/6 pan in use on the cookline with a cracked corner. Operator discarded. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed handled scoop in use on the cookline in the reach in cooler with handle in contact with Parmesan cheese. Operator removed scoop. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 3 cans of tomato paste dented on the seams. Operator segregated cans to be returned for credit. Corrective Action Taken
