High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee don gloves to handle food after touching face. Spoke with employee and operator, reminded operator that cleared and easy to access handwash sinks are required to encourage proper handwashing. Operator restored handwash sink access, employee properly washed hands and returned to work. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Door propped open between front and back of kitchen is blocking front of kitchen handwash sink. During this time, observed employee fail to wash hands when needed. Operator removed prop from door, allowing access to sink for employees. Corrected On-Site
