Observed employee enter kitchen from front customer counter area, begin sanitizing counters and touching single use items, no handwash. Manager spoke to employee who washed hands properly before continuing work. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Attached hood and tops of equipment on main cook line with accumulated dust.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Nearby bathrooms shared with guests.
