Observed Sausage at 11 am (74°F - Reheating); Tomato sauce @ 11 am (124°F - Reheating); Meatballs @ 11 am (133°F - Reheating) During inspection at one hour Sausage was 126°F, but the Marinara and Meatballs were still 126°F and 133°F. Operator put items onto stove to reheat above 165°F within 2 hours. Corrective Action Taken
