High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed five bags of three cheese blends 46 F , two and a half containers of cole slaw 46 F and a box of diced cabbage 46 F at 4:15pm. Manager stated she placed the cheese in the walk in cooler on August 28. Manager discarded all items. Corrected On-Site Warning
