High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed TCS condiments on buffet table since 6:30am held above 41F at 9:15am. Butter pats 61F, cream cheese cups 67F. Observed employee place food time as a control. Corrective Action Taken
