Inside top of pizza refrigerated make-table: diced tomatoes (51F - Cooling Overnight). Manager stated the tomatoes were diced the previous day and placed into the top of the refrigerated make-table to cool. Manager stated the tomatoes have been stored inside the cooler continuously and have not been removed from the cooler today.
