Five aerosol cans containing spray paint stored directly on top of bin containing mustard packets and directly beside box containing "cinnamon toast crunch" cereal. Manager removed the paint from the area during this inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Threaded faucet on mop sink behind building missing backflow prevention device.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Employee scooped ice cream while wearing a watch on wrist.

Walls inside single-use item storage shed soiled with mold-like substance. 3. Floor along walls throughout kitchen soiled with dirt and/or food debris. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Open packages of ham and turkey missing date marks inside reach-in cooler. Manager stated both were opened on 11/18 and added the proper date marks during this inspection.

Basic - Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach on floor in kitchen near employee restroom. Manager swept the area during this inspection. Corrected On-Site
