High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 1 can of Caramel Dessert Topping dented at the seam in the dry storage area on a bottom wire rack. Operator removed from other cans and set aside for reimbursement.
High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 1 can of Marshmallow Dessert Topping stored in the walk-in freezer with a paper wrapper secured with a rubber band as a lid. The top of the paper had a puddle of water on top of product. Operator stated that the walk-in cooler had recently been repaired and the water was from the repair. Operator discarded marshmallow topping.
Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed two 1 gallon containers of low fat yogurt mix opened without a date mark. Operator stated that the products were opened yesterday and labeled the containers. Corrected On-Site
Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in kitchen. Operator stocked handwash sink with paper towels. Corrected On-Site
