High Priority - Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed spray hose attached to three compartment sink plumbing laying directly in the middle sink and not propped up. Operator stated previous hose was removed and replaced with one that has no support.

Operator removed lunch bag and properly stored. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator.
