Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop in mop bucket, not hung to dry. Operator was in the process of hanging the mop. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical stored on shelf next to canned foods. Operator removed chemical. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed spray bottle with quaternary ammonium sanitizer concentration +400 ppm. Operator diluted solution. New reading 200ppm. Corrected On-Site
