High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Raw Tuna (52F - Cold Holding) and Raw Shrimp (50F - Cold Holding) at 2:45 PM in single door with hood reach-in cooler on cook line to the right of the prep table. Employee stated the items had been in the reach-in cooler since 11:30 AM. Employee moved items to walk-in freezer. Observed Raw Scallops (50F - Cold Holding) and Cooked Ribs (54F - Cold Holding) in four drawer reach-in cooler on cook line at 3:00. Employee stated that the items had been in the reach-in cooler drawers since 11:30 AM. Employee moved to walk-in freezer. Corrective Action Taken Warning
