High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. At the sauce bar area located at the dining room, observed one live roach on glue trap, Manager removed, also at the front counter area under steam table observed one live roach, Manager killed and cleaned. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
