High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sausage biscuits (50F - Cold Holding) kept in drawer with bread. Manager advised that sausage biscuits are taken from freezer and taken within the hour and drawer is restocked.

Intermediate - Evidence of feeding stray/wild animals - food/water bowls provided outside. Open bag of cat food and bowls in the kitchen area.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chemical test strips for three-compartment sink.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Two cases of soft drinks and one case of water all in plastic bottles stored on floor behind front counter Repeat Violation

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filter stored on top of coffee machine in lobby and not covered or protected.

Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. At the prep area, milk no date marked
