High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee took order and payment then put on gloves without washing hands and handled cooking utensils

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray sanitizer stored next to condiments and single serve items by the service window. These were moved below. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed lack of a plan. One was emailed and printed.
