High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ham and cheese empanadas (112F - Hot Holding); beef empanadas (115F - Hot Holding)stored inside hot box by front counter. As per operator has been there approximately 30 minutes, operator returned to the stove and reheated to 185F.
