High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee touched AirPods from her ear fail to wash hands before initiate a task working with food. Also observed employee touched face numerous times to fixed her hair with gloves and engaged in food preparation without washing her hands. Coached employee on the proper handwashing procedure.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed metal container store inside handwashing sink located at the prep line. Operator removed metal container. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
