High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked ground beef (47F - Cold Holding); spaghetti (46F - Cold Holding) located at walk in cooler, less than 4 hours. Advised to move food items to reach in freezer to lower temperatures to 41°F and below. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored located on top shelving above kitchen prep cooler, next to pizza boxes. Manager removed chemical spray bottle from kitchen area. Corrected On-Site
