High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cream cheese (54F - Cold Holding); liquid eggs (54F - Cold Holding) in the walk-in cooler. As per the manager the walk-in was at 41°F approximately 2 hours ago. The manager moved the items to the freezer for a quick chill. Corrective Action Taken
