High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw shell eggs over sprite and coke cans in the walk-in cooler.

Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. Observed Oneri was working and has been here for approximately 3 months.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in a container of rice and sauce. The cook removed them. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed throughout the kitchen.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ribs (50F - Cold Holding); tofu (50F - Cold Holding) in the walk in cooler . As per the owner the temperature was good in the morning.The owner removed the items and put them in another cooler. Corrective Action Taken
