Basic - In-use utensil stored in sanitizer between uses. Observed a stainless steel container with 3 large spoons in it with a liquid. As per the person in charge it is sanitizer. The person in charge poured out the sanitizer washed rinse and sanitized the container and spoons. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed the cook cut bananas with a knife. As per the cook the bananas weren't washed.
