High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee cracking raw shell eggs and changing gloves without hand washing. Manager on duty coached employee about proper hand washing, employee washed hands and started to wear gloves properly during the time of the inspection. Corrected On-Site
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed 1 case of raw shell eggs stored on top of cases of smoothie frappe. Operator stored eggs at the bottom shelf during the inspection. Corrected On-Site
