High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee touched nose then proceeded to cook pizza. Instructed employee to removed gloves and washed hands and place new gloves. Employee removed gloves ,washed hands and discarded pizza.
