At the time of the inspection observed raw chicken (45F - Cold holding) over ice at cook line as per manager for approximately 20 minutes. Advised manager to add ice to surrounding container. Observed Cooked fries (67F - Cold holding) at room temperature at cook line, as per manager for approximately 10 minutes. Employee placed item inside fryer to reheat to 165F. Corrective Action Taken
